I can't give you a review about what it's like to live here, but I can give you an idea of the staff you'll have to deal with. My boyfriend and I have been looking at all of the apartments in the area so we decided to tour Garden Grove. That first experience was alright. The leasing consultant was very informative, but the property just feels crowded and cramped. Our initial impression was good, and it was on the list of places to consider. When we visited, they gave us the pricing for a 2x2 and it was a little out of our price range, so I called to get the price for a 2x1. This was when I decided that we would be taking Garden Grove off of our list of possible apartments. Not only were they trying to charge significantly more for the 2x1 than the price we were quoted for the 2x2, but the woman I spoke to on the phone was super rude. She clearly didn't want to deal with giving me prices because she said she "wasn't trying to tell me what to do" but that I could just look up the prices on the website. (They don't have the admin/application fees visible on their website). I understand sometimes people have bad days but it doesn't constitute being rude especially to people who are looking to spend quite a bit of money to live at your property. Why would I want to live somewhere with rude staff who aren't interested in doing their job, and being helpful.
