  • I've been here before and normally it's decent. However, I had a really bad experience with my daughter recently. Here's how it went down, I was told that I would receive a free refill with the small popcorn we ordered, but when we tried to refill it one of the managers was completely rude! So my daughter stepped away and I went the register and asked for a refill, he said you can't get that order refilled, so I said oh alright, I'll just take another one then. The dude turned his back and as he walked away he said she'll get it when she's done (while glancing at the young lady that was helping another customer). His demeanor was horrible!! What made it worse was when the other customer the young lady was helping immediately said that I should get the popcorn for free considering how bad his attitude was being. So I asked her for his name and she said his name is Tanner. Bottom line is, don't go to tanner if you want customer service of any kind. The guy definitely needs to be behind a computer and away from people altogether.
