Pricey and long lines - but worth it! It made me realize that the other LV buffets have decent buffet food, but this place has really good restaurant quality / fine dining level of food.
The sushi was fresh, and actually tasted like restaurant sushi vs wedding reception sushi. I don't usually get pasta at buffets since it tends to be overcooked, but I got a cute little container of rigatoni and ragu, and it was cooked perfectly al dente and shockingly good - worthy of a fancy italian restaurant. The shrimp cocktail was noticeably larger than at the Wynn buffet (which we went to the next night) and didn't have that just-defrosted look and taste.
I tried a whole bunch of random things and over-ate to the point of feeling gross afterwards. Everything was really good to amazing - so wear stretchy clothing.
