  • One word: Amazing. You walk into a fairly large waiting room which was nice and clean, open, and inviting. I came in here really just for an oil change due to a coupon I got in the mail as a "new neighbor." While I was here, I decided to get my car looked at due to a loud noise from my front left hand wheel. It turns out that the wheel bearing that was installed by another shop was not installed correctly. Chris, one of the guys who works in the shop was EXTREMELY helpful. I, myself, do not know a lot about cars, but he explained every part in detail and what does what. I got my free oil change, and will be back on Friday to get my wheel bearing fixed. He said that there were a few other issues that were not cheap fixes, due to my car's age, but the wheel bearing was the most important. If you want reliable, honest, and friendly service, Bailey Brothers is definitely the place to go. Support local and when you visit, ask for Chris. He has a great sense of humor and really wants to make sure you get your money's worth.
