I'm sorry, but I'm ridiculously pissed.
No other way to say it. We purchased tickets online through the website, but everyone was told to get in the same line and that various showings were "sold out" even when people had their online receipt.
Gimme a break! What's the point of doing online ticket sales if you're not going to let people in for the showing they already bought? Heck, there's a "convenience fee" for an online purchase and they make it *more* inconvenient.
I've bought online tickets for many movie theaters for *years* and never saw this. It would be like a restaurant that doesn't honor reservations!
The theater itself is great, and I appreciate the selection of movies.
Get with 2015 and allow people to buy online and skip the ticket counter.
