| - Working with this landscaping company has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever!
Two years ago, I moved into a new home and contracted with Poco Verde for all of the landscaping and hardscaping. The design was beautiful. The workmanship left much to be desired. The customer service is the worst I have encountered.
I have had problems since the installation. The fountain has never worked properly for any length of time. The motor shorts out, the light doesn't work etc. The planters allow precious water to escape all over the patio. You might ask, why I am watering. That is because the drip system is not working and I can't find it in the planters. When the workmen tried to correct the leak issue, they did a most unsightly job.
Granted, one can always run into problems with a project, but trying to get the problems rectified has been an absolute nightmare.
Here is how the Poco Verde system works. You make a call to Poco Verde. They transfer you to "customer service". You get a voicemail. Experience tells you that you better get a real person on the phone. So you call back. The real person listens to your problem and says ok I'll speak with whomever appropriate and call you back. No one calls back, ever! No joke. So multiple calls ensue. Maybe eventually, you get someone's attention. They might agree to send Victor, the foreman, out to look at the problem. Victor is very personable, so when he leaves, you might feel confident that your issue will be resolved in a timely manner. Wrong! Generally months pass before anything is taken care of satisfactorily and then a couple of months after that, the exact same problems recur. Maybe it has something to do with the workmanship of the original design installation. Oh, but now it is no longer under warrantee!
