  • I recently stayed at the 3 Palms and I rather enjoyed it. I found all the customer service to be polite, courteous, and helpful. The lobby, rooms, and other hotel amenities were swanky. My clean, beautiful room was comfortably prepared for me each day and I really appreciated the amenities of the microwave and fridge. This hotel did not feel 3-star caliber honestly. The location is nice--close to many conveniences. I also enjoyed evening jogs by the beautiful park right outside.  The only thing I would say drove me a little crazy-- and this is not unique to any hotel I find btw--was the de-magnetizing of the room keys. Ugh! All-in-all however, my experience at 3 Palms though was really exceptional for the value, location, and work purposes of my travel. I would definitely stay here again.
