  • My wife (Brianna L.) and I had the worst experience dealing with this company. To continue from her review... 10. we were 2 days late giving our 30 day termination notice after our year agreement was expired. When we did send the email, it took 3 days and 3 emails to get any kind of response to it. She spoke to Jordan over the phone who told her 3 times he would "consider" the 30 day notice because it was only 2 days late. After resending the email to him, less than 10 minutes later she received an email stating we have two options: pay the ETF or stay with them and they will give me one month of fees free and when we sell the property if the new owner chooses to use them, they will waive the ETF. She was told they would be happy to resolve any unresolved issue. The ridiculous truth is, we have hundreds of emails from the last year trying to get issues resolved and it never happened. He played stupid and didn't understand where they lost our trust along the way. After deciding to suck it up and pay the ETF to not deal with their incompetency anymore, it took 3 requests via e-mail to get the paperwork sent to her to terminate. Every time she would ask for it, he would try to force going back into the past issues she had already tried getting resolved. She had to tell him several times to look back in emails because she was done going in circles. After no reception of any kind of termination paperwork, I called Jordan and ask him what exactly my wife and I need to do to officially follow through with the ETF. Jordan responded and stated that the e-mails my wife Brianna had sent 3 times would suffice for the ETF and that the only form/paperwork to fill out is to ensure a smooth transition for the direct deposit to be transferred from RPM to us. 11. We finally received the paperwork to sign to release the tenant's security deposit. she then gets an email saying they are going to collect the next months rent....we just terminated, why would we want to pay them for collecting next months rent? She was told the tenant's security deposit and any remaining money in our account would be given to us on 4/10. However, the day we terminated, our tenant was advised we have possession of their deposit, which we don't yet. 12. I made a trip with my parents to the property from California to get a new lease squared away. While out there, we decided to stop into the RPM office to see if we could get the issues resolved in person. My wife was unable to travel out to Vegas due to her staying at home to take care of our 4 month old, so I had her on FaceTime to participate in the conversation while inside RPM. Tod was not in the office so we met with Jordan. Immediately Jordan told us we were not on the deed and need my authorization to talk about the account. My wife, over FaceTime, did so. Then Jordan told us we were not allowed to participate in the conversation and he then told us to leave his office. Jordan then closed the office door on us and kept my phone with my wife on FaceTime. As my wife was trying to get issues resolved, it was the same going in circles we have dealt with the last 12 months that got no where. When Jordan was shown pictures of the poor and incomplete repairs he told us to "submit it in writing and it will be reviewed." My wife told him that the emails have already been emailed to him several times, he then told her that the response from those emails were the final responses. He then ended the conversation with her. We requested Jordan to call Tod who was not in the office and Jordan refused to call and ask when a good time to meet with him would be. He refused to talk to us stated if we do not leave his office that he will call the police on us for trespassing. We were confused why he couldn't just make a simple call to Tod so we could arrange an appointment with him to discuss the issues Jordan is obviously incompetent in doing. Jordan then called Metro PD so we decided to leave. This company scammed us from day 1. They are dishonest and do not provide customer service. They refuse to work with their customers and when it is blatantly obvious that they are in the wrong, they do not have the slightest concern to make things right. This company needs to be investigated and shut down for stealing people's money.
