I loved this place, loved. Service was more welcoming and the chefs were more welcoming too. Now it's cold and it has a weird, formal vibe to it.
I'm not a fan of the prices anymore and the sushi changed slightly.
There's a new place called Naka Sushi on Lakemead next to Savers and this is my new place to go to. The actual owners are working everyday there and the chef was apparently from Sushi Mon (authentic Japanese guy), but left to start his own restaurant. I love his place. Tastes like Sushi Mon, but better. AYCE for one is 18 and 22 for dinner! My family and friends go to Naka Sushi all the time now instead of sushi mon. Friendlier/warmer service, great for family and groups, and yummy food.
Honestly think I'm just paying for the ambience and the new decoration at Sushi Mon. The service and sushi was okay. Not coming back though.
