I tried this workout studio via a free one-week promotion (from FaceBook, I think). Small, clean, modern space. It's a very good concept for a quick convenient workout. You can pop in any time, there is no set workout schedule. You check in and follow a video for a quick warmup, then move onto the workout. It is high-intensity circuit training, so we were at each station for approximately 75 seconds, then a quick transition to the next station, twelve stations total. They switch back and forth from cardio intense to weight/resistance exercises for every major muscle group. They have some really unusual equipment that I have not seen at regular full-service gyms. Mike was working both times we were there and ran us through the workout, with helpful tips and corrections to form. There is a nice little coffee counter. It's a great space to pop in for an effective, efficient workout on your schedule.
