| - I called in to this shop a week this past Saturday and was connected to Andrew Doton, one of the Product Advisors on the team. We spoke briefly on the telephone, and he invited me to come in. When I arrived, he was ready for me and we looked at a couple of different cars right away, and then took one similar to what I wanted on a test drive. Andrew was very professional, answered my questions satisfactorily, and knew his product well enough to overcome any objections I had immediately, without having to make stuff up. He knew I'd done my research, read blogs, studied reviews, and went through customer comments. I am an educated consumer, and he was careful not to insult me with giving me "fluff"' responses. I was impressed with his skill level, and his approach to selling cars. Not once did he try to up-sell me to a more expensive model because he understood what I wanted. Britney Rogers, the Business Manager took equally good care of me. She was able to close the deal without using too much pressure (she's obligated to go through certain packages etc.) and the process did not hurt very much at all. Communication, listening, and finding solutions are all necessary components of closing a deal. These guys handled the entire process with tact and diplomacy and I would recommend them to a friend without hesitation. Please keep in mind, this review is for the sales process, and the delivery process which was handled by George, who also did a great job. It is not for service. That review will come later. I promise. Thanks Andrew for doing a great job. I've only just had the car for a few days now, and I still like it. I am actually happy that the Deep Chrystal Blue Mica wasn't available. I think the Pearl White was a better choice.
