Visited solo over the weekend to give it a try after passing it many times, but never stopping in. We began with the pork belly, which had an amazing bark on it, and was a very generous portion. It was served with a mustard sauce and orange zest that was different, but a welcome surprise. For my main course I had the Gnudi (sp) that is made by stuffing ravioli shells with ricotta cheese prior to boiling, and served with braised beef with a spicy red sauce. One word: amazing. I'll definitely be going back for that dish as well as for some of the amazing (possibly scratch made) cheesecake we had for desert. Bravo, Solo.
