  • There's some bad reviews here, mostly about delays, etc. My experience was great. Everyone was helpful and responded quickly and gave me good advice. If you process your documents quickly the estimated closing date is accurate or early. Remember the mortgage company wants to close the deal as fast as you do... take it seriously. Buying a house can be like a part time job, be prepared and available. Everyone was great and helpful and i'd highly recommend them if you're looking for a mortgage company.
