  • I felt like a bit of juxtaposition in my weekend so I booked us two nights in a Trump one bedroom king suite to go with our Beer Festivities. What they have nailed here is absolute 5 star service without pretense. Check in was very friendly and Jonathan smiled and greeted us each time we went by reception over the weekend. With regards to the room - that is the most comfortable bed I have slept in my entire life. And the bathroom mirror TV? We all need one of those. Turn down service at night is lovely with a little boxed chocolate and Evian water. My husband found a shoe shine service note (and he hates shining shoes) - they were gone and back again, shiny as new, in about 30 minutes. We didn't make it to the pool, but certainly will next time. So many nice touches, wonderful staff, an absolute service leap above other downtown hotels (Hilton, Cosmo). We will be back.
