Before you have an appointment at this facility you are required to complete all forms online. When I came into the office the front desk staff gave me an attitude saying they didn't have my information and I'd have to redo all of my online forms. I explained to the front desk that I'd been seen at another one of their facilities and my information was on file. The receptionist then yelled at me in front of 15 other patients to redo the forms. I calmly told her no and she should call the other facility. She then apologized because her supervisor pulled her to the back. The technician that brought me back told me he couldn't see all of the documentation I brought to the other facility that was supposedly uploaded. I then asked to speak to a supervisor because of how incompetent the facility is. The technician gave me his cell phone to talk to his "supervisor" who said he'd figure out what happened, but that I'd have to show them copies all over again. I waited 5 hours to be seen. Dr. Michael Lee finally came in and had me re-explain what treatment I've had and what testing I've had. He the began to tell me about the surgery and started threatening me with the risks of surgery. I told him I understand and he continued to threaten me with the risks. I decided that since he was so against helping me regardless of scheduling me for surgery that I had lost confidence in him as a surgeon. Very glad Dr. Lee was not my surgeon because he does not seem to want patients to improve, but rather put a bandaid on instead (steroid shots or Motrin).
