Nurses and doctors are great. Front desk staff not so much. I pay for the yearly plan of care for my dog and have him seen regularly. After having his check up just one week ago, I found out that some dog boarding facilities require the bordatella vaccine every 6 months. Banfield gives he shot yearly. I called to get an appointment to have him receive his bordatella early and the front staff was not helpful at all in getting me an appointment this week. With 5 different days to choose from, she offered one time on one day (which I could not make due to work.) She was not willing to work with me at all (early appointment, late appointment, cancellation list). She basically told me to call somewhere else to get it done. Needless to say I will not be renewing my care plan for my dog next month, especially after calling another well-reviewed veterinary clinic, getting an appointment, and having to pay additional money for the vaccine.
