| - We were here from August 14th through the 18th, 2016-west wing tower -28th floor -with an upgraded room with great panoramic views of the Las Vegas strip. The views were breathtaking specially at night time ---all the hotel & city lights look so beautiful!
The valet attendants were very courteous & prompt.
Our room was nice & spacious. Upon our first arrival to our room, we noticed that our bedding was clean & comfy but the white sheets had old blood stains. We called room service to replace our sheets. The sheets were replaced later at the time when the cleaning crew was scheduled to clean our room.
On day two, our room wasn't cleaned. We called room service & again they forgot about us. We had to call for status several times. Finally, by 10 pmish, our replacement towels were brought in.
The room was cleaned on the following day at their scheduled cleaning time.
Our bathroom had really poor water pressure in the sink and in the shower. The pipe holding the shower head was coming undone --off the wall. The sink water stopper was broken.
There was a $25 daily fee to store items in our room's refrigerator.
The waterpark is very nice with five pools, a lazy river, waterfalls, plenty of drink bars & food concessions. Unfortunately, the lazy river gets crowded & many people are not considerate of their surroundings & bump into one another a lot. The on site lifeguards did nothing to help mediate the lazy river crowding situation.
The waterpark restrooms are not easily accessible & the women's restrooms were dark inside and stinky.
The hotel & casino is grand with a lot of shops, Starbucks on almost every corner & a lot of choices to eat & drink.
My husband enjoyed the blackjack tables & the dealers were great.
For a fee, we had the opportunity to meet baseball legend Pete Rose at the MGM's sports memorabilia shop & he signed our commemorative baseball bat.
Overall, we made the best of our stay here. Our room had awesome views & our kids enjoyed the waterpark.
However, based on our experience, we wouldn't consider staying here again.
