  • I've never wrote such a long review but this has been the most worst experience ever and have already taken a lot of my time mines well. If I can give this hotel no stars I would but unfortunately that's not an option. Horrible horrible customer service ever !!!! I stayed at this location on 4/7/2017 and checked out 4/8/2017. Everything started good we checked in okay.Rooms were good.Breakfast was good. I am from LA and my family and I were in Arizona for the weekend for a family surprise birthday party. My brother in law looked at different hotels and decided to stay here so he booked 2 rooms under his name.1 room for him and his family and 1 room for my family and I once we got there to check in room 209 was ours and room 211 was there's so he paid with his credit card and we paid for ours under our own credit card. Check out time was at 1pm so my brother in law asked the front desk representative if we can check out from room 209 1 hour earlier which was at 12:00pm and add that hour to room 211 so we can check out at 2:00 pm and she said that was okay to do so. I called on Saturday 4/8/2017 morning to check out from room 209 exactly at 12:00 pm and then called to check out from room 211 exactly at 2:00pm from 211 as agreed.Trusting that the front desk representative would write notes on the system of that approval that way other employees would be aware why we were checking out 1 hour later. Wrong wrong wrong she did not leave notes on the system. This is were the nightmare began. I always like checking my online banking when I'm out of state because in case there's something wrong,I can fix it at the time and not when I'm back home and hours away. About 1hour later I received a email from my bank that there was a charge for $230 which I had authorized, but I notice that there was a 2nd charge for $182.30 which I definitely did not authorized so I called the hotel and spoke to a young lady asking her why they had charged my card again for $182.30 and she explained it was due to a late check out I told her that is not correct and explained to her I had called to Check out at 12pm to check her cameras and the last time my card was swipe in room 209. She then said that there was nothing she can do until Monday when the manager is there . I explained to her that is not acceptable.I needed resolved by that same day which was Saturday because I will be leaving back home Sunday morning ,she then said okay I will call my manager and see what we can do for you. She called me back within 20 minutes and said that the manager will be calling me on Monday so they can look at the cameras and the last time the card was swiped during that time I was still calm and okay with that. On Monday 4/10/2017 I receive a call from the manager Phillip and explained to me that his housekeeper Maria,stated she saw us leaving from room 211 at 3:10pm which is clearly not truth because there was no reason to stay longer than what we had to. Phillip the manager explained to me that was the reason there was an extra charge on both cards which made no sense because why would you charge both cards if he said the house keeper Maria saw us leave from room 211 at 3:10 pm but then he said that she wasn't sure from what room she saw us leave . At this point I was extremely upset because not only is my card getting charged an extra $182.30 but he is assuming were lying about the time we checked out. I told him to look at his phone records ,cameras and the last time both cards were swiped. I also explained to him due to the lack of his employee not putting notes in the system we're paying the price which is unacceptable. He agreed to refund both credit cards for the extra charges which at that point it was $206 and we left it at that. Well to be surprised on Tuesday morning 04/11/2017.I checked my bank and had another charge from the hotel for an additional $182.30 so at this point I've had it ,in total there has been $594 taken out of my account which originally there was only suppose to be $179 for 1 night that we stood there!!! I then extremely upset call the manager Phillip and explained to him that there has been a total of $594 taken out of my account and that this was the worst experience ever as I stay in hotels often I had never had such a horrible experience right now I am currently waiting for my $206 refund and $182 that was taken out today. I escalated to customer care which is the highest department for complaints and there were helpful. I am hoping everything gets resolved and never have to go thru this experience anywhere else. Its also very upsetting that I had to take out time from my job to resolve this which should have never happened.I will never stay at this hotel again!!!
