| - It was my fellow Yelpers who convinced me to come here, and there's a lot I like about this place.
First, I like the design overall because it combines a little of everything. It is right off the casino floor, there's a two-sided bar with gaming machines, a neat dining room, a place to make sports wagers and a huge outdoor bar and patio.
Honestly, this is not your "traditional sports book" and is basically a window to make bets adjacent to the restaurant. They have a handful of high top tables reserved exclusively for sports book patrons, but I much preferred sitting elsewhere where you receive bar or table service.
A new manager named Drea took a ton of time to answer my questions one night, so I planned a return for the Sunday Night Football game and a bartender named Natalia also provided exceptional service and conversation.
There were a couple beers on good specials for the game and they went well with my Manly Burger, which was cooked perfect and served quickly. This burger featured a really high quality meat and I enjoyed how all the toppings complimented the meat, but did not dominate the overall flavor of each bite.
Others here on Yelp seem to question the size of the burgers for the price, but I do not. Sure, I can find a bigger burger at a better price somewhere else, but couldn't that be said about virtually any food/restaurant if you really think about it?
This would also be a fun place with a small group if you can get one of the couches surrounding a coffee table that is set up like a living room in front of the televisions. The outdoor patio is another good option with how they set up the tables and the bar outside is very long with plenty of additonal seating.
Oh, and it is significantly louder inside than outside. So pick your noise level accordingly.
On a lighthearted note, way too many servers and bartenders were wearing Seahawks jerseys. I'm just guessing most of these were purchased within the last year unless Umami Burger imported 25% of their employees from the state of Washington. If it looks like a bandwagon, it usually is one.
