  • My family and I have been going to this practice for almost 8 years now, and we have been incredibly dissapointed at the lack of communication this office exhibits. We had taken our daughter there for a routine check up, and blood analysis. Long story short, they lost the results the first time around and had to take her back in for another blood draw. It is not easy to take a 5 year old in there and convince her to get these tests done. What I'm mainly upset at is that most of the staff there has either been trained to lie or cover the truth and it is very misleading. In fact, it leads you to wonder if they are telling the truth when they do give you information after all the lies that they're caught on. They're information is never the same across the board with all of their other representatives. One person says something and the other will have something else to say. Everyone blames each other for mistakes and not willing to admit fault. One of the last places you might want to have misleading information is a medical facility and more when you count on them to provide you with accurate information so you can properly care for a loved one. It's unfortunate that now I will be forced to look for medical services elsewhere when this office is one of the only available in the Buckeye area. ATTENTION OTHER MEDICAL FACILITIES: If you are looking to expand, BUCKEYE might be a great place to put an office at because if Southwest continues with these business practices I'm sure the feeling is mutual with many of their patients and would probably switch in a heartbeat to someone much more reliable.
