  • Firefly is a local Tapas and small plates restaurant located on Paradise Rd. in the center of Las Vegas. It's easily accessible from anywhere in the city and always open late. I used to come here all the time and accidentally burnt myself out on the place, so I had to take a break but it's been long enough so I'm back. Anytime I come here I usually start with the Stuffed Dates [bacon-wrapped,smoked almond,red wine reduction with blue cheese]. That gets me ready for the next few items that I order which are the Chicken Skewers [grilled marinated chicken breast,seasonal veggies,and roasted garlic cream] The Petit Filet [mini filet mignon, herb cheese,roasted potatoes,mushrooms and red wine sauce] The Baked Cod [lemon,garlic,butter and fried onion] The Chorizo Plate [4 imported thinly sliced cured meats, cornichons, capers and mustard] and lastly The Baked Goat Cheese [goat and garlic cream cheese, tomato sauce, Pesto and toast]. All are delicious and should be given a chance. Now for dessert well they have over ten to choose from so I'm sure you guys will find something. As far as the actual restaurant and bar the vibe is great and always fun. It's a cool hangout if you and some friends just wanna kill some time!
