DMV offices need to work more efficiently. The wait time is incredibly long. Basically a whole day could be wasted sitting around waiting in line to be called to the window.
The Dash Pass was awesome and they took it away. I understand some people who scheduled the appointments don't show up; however, what about the people who do show up? People who don't show up on the appointments just call on the next person in line, is it really necessary to take the Dash Pass away causing inconvenience for those people who do need to come to the DMV? Why take away something that works (Dash Pass) from the people who appreciated it when a few bad unappreciated people abused it?
Not only the wait time is long but parking sucks, not enough parking space. Finding parking is a nightmare or you have to park across and street somewhere and walk over.
I thought we tax payers pay their salary & service, couldn't we get better service?
Sales taxes went up to 8.15% from last year 8.10%. With the extra 0.05% increase, generating millions a year, we people couldn't get better government services.
With the population and economy growing, why couldn't they not putting up another DMV Office location?
