  • The negative reviews at this site say nothing about our experience at Peoria Subaru. We approached Peoria Subaru thru the Internet sales department, which was very helpful from the beginning. The woman we talked to (I can't remember her name) found the exact vehicle we wanted, down to the color. She told us to come in for a test drive, which we did the next day. We had several people approach us in a friendly way, and was finally handed over to Arlene, who we dealt with from the beginning to the end of the deal. He was terrific, friendly and not overbearing. We did not feel pressured, we got a very fair price on our trade-in (according to our research with Kelly Blue Book) and we were out of there in under 3 hours. Everyone dealt with us in a kind, friendly, efficient manner. I have no hesitation recommending this company.
