  • This is a classy dealership, German helped me this week with a purchase of a new Mercedes. I came back to Findlay because my girlfriend bought a Acura about 3 months ago and I was with her and like how professional and helpful they helped her. I was looking for a pre owned Mercedes and went to Findlays website and saw a couple that I wanted to see. German was very attentive to my needs and wants and tried to show me what I asked for and I never felt he tried to sell me what he had. German actually showed me a Mercedes that I was not on my list to see. It was the winner. I know that the dealership stayed later than usual to help finish the deal and I am very appreciative of that. The whole experience was very very good and I would tell everyone who is looking for a pre owned or a new car to check with Findlay first, you wont be disappointed. Thank you German and thank you Findlay.
