The employees' job as it pertains to service is to tell you too make an appointment online. This Saturday morning the earliest available appointment is Tuesday at noon. We were told all appointments are ten minutes...and they just replace units...not actually repair. Apparently they have enough broken product that all technicians have filled all ten minute time slots until Tuesday.
I can't tell if the prior paragraph says more about the decline in Apple's customer service OR the quality of their products.
