  • I am hard pressed to decide between this place and New Zealand as the best Sushi place in Charlotte. This is much larger and has a larger menu. I only sit at the Sushi bar. Their specialty menu excellent. I've been there several times and it seems packed constantly, but never had to wait more than 15 minutes (even on a Saturday night). The waitstaff is attentive and responsive which is unusual for such a busy place. They have a traditional kitchen menu, but I've never bothered with that when such great sushi is available. The only detractor is that with the large crowd it gets kinda loud. Go. Enjoy. You won't regret it.
