This was a 5 star until there was a malfunction causing the truck in front to stop then pushing my car into the truck in front of me, multiple times. Kid on duty refused to give the name of the manager. Denies responsibility, refused to let us see the video. Video he claims removes any responsibility on their behalf. Very disappointed.
The car wash malfunctioned on November 20. I was told by the kid that works there, Joe S., the manager, Kevin Porter, would give me a call. No one has called. I have called the number on the web site as well as another number posted on the property to cancel my FastPass account. I've left 7 messages since December 4. No return calls, and they are still charging my credit card for the FastPass.
