I came here for brunch and I was pleasantly surprised. 11am brunch was not packed at all, possibly the snow storm the previous day affected the patron traffic. It's a large restaurant with an upstairs and downstairs. In the room we were seated, there were 9 2 person tables. This was only in 1 of the 2 rooms downtairs.
I ordered the eggs benny and my girl friend the eggs rancheros, which came in a taco shell. We both ordered the frites. The eggs were delicious! I loved poached eggs! The sauce was just the right amount for me - the muffins were not soggy. There was a strong salty taste in my eggs benedict and I don't know what the source was: the sauce? the peameal bacon? Despite this strong salty taste, I really enjoyed the eggs benedict dish. However, the English muffin soon became stiff! I don't know if the muffins were not fresh?
The frites were delicious though! My friend had no complaints with her breakfast dish either.
