  • I love this shop. Frank and the crew can teach so many businesses about friendly knowledgeable customer interaction and service. I drive by a bike shop everyday by Miracle Mile in Monroeville yet if I need anything related to biking I head to Biketec in Squirrel Hill. As an example i had been having issues with a bike wheel. Raced in right before closing and they fixed by problem right then. No talk about dropping it off and coming back tomorrow or that they were closing. While there watched the crew answer a steady stream of questions from people wandering in. Talked to people about how they ride made suggestions of places to go. A GREAT SHOP
