  • I had a facial & massage on Tuesday June 13th. They were both great! The massage therapist Pilar was good. The pressure was as I requested med to hard and it was relaxing! The aesthetician Marcie was also very good. She had very soft hands and a soft touch. She was very knowledgeable & thorough in her explanation of the facial & products! I would have given this 5 stars but the price has become so ridiculous! $95 dollars for an hour massage is seriously crazy! Highway robbery if you ask me! I did have a gift card I had received for mothers day with a free facial but still crazy expensive. Yeah I was offered to become a member for a monthly fee of $65 which to me is still pricey! I have been to this location before & have never seen the same therapist or aesthetician or staff. Although these 2 ladies were great, I would be willing to go elsewhere for these services where as a new customer I will receive an intro rate. With the few times a year that I do receive these services, it will be worth it and by the time I get back to massage envy, I will be a new customer to them too & receive the new customer rate again!
