  • I took 3 pieces in to get repaired and he told me to pick them up the next day. The main piece was a simple 6 stitches along a seam. I let him know the piece was my fathers who passed away 2 weeks ago and he assured it would be fixed. When I came to pick up my pieces none of them were started and then when he did do them it looked like a 5 year old got a hold of my dads hat. He even threw it to me like a frisbee. If you're okay with crappy stitching a rude customer service this is your guy.
