I have hope this place will be better because I really want to go here more often. This is so far the only hot pot similar to the Taiwanese hot pot places that I've been to.
- the spicy soup is so NOT spicy. Maybe it's because it's a Japanese place versus the Taiwanese places I'm used to.
- service needs to change. It's like they don't want you there.
- the sliced meats are a bit dried out
- some food items even when cooked still taste like freezer burn
- desserts at dinner can be skipped they aren't very good
- fish balls with the delicious roe inside of them is my favorite item
- paying $10 more for dinner is worth it because there is a larger selection of seafood
- I love mixing my own dipping sauce and am a fan of the sesame base
I'll be back and I keep hoping it will improve here
