rev:text	I am satisfied with the moving services. I was originally quoted 3 hours for my move and it took 3.45 hours so was charged for 4 hours. I feel the prices are fair. Michael and Robert took care of my items. Little details as to why it's 4 stars and not 5: - I did not get a reminder call before the move to confirm the move. I had to call and confirm my move. Never had that happen in my years of using moving companies and had me worried. - Lauren, who answered the phone offered a mattress bag for $10 but that did not happen on date of move as truck did not have a mattress bag. NBD as I was not charged but don't offer a tiny upswell and then not deliver. - They charge 2% for credit card use. I would have prefers to have been told this when the appt was scheduled and not told when payment was getting collected at the end of the transaction. They do take checks which I appreciated as I did not have the cash on hand. It would have been a cash transaction had I had more notice.
