Other than the location being convenient to locals, this place is NOT a good choice.
The green fees are high for what they offer -- course layout, clubhouse customer service, course condition, etc. The fact that they found a dead body near the first hole doesn't help, either.
To expand on poor customer service, I went there in late October in 2010 with a couple of friends, and they were charging full price even though they had a couple of holes under construction. I was in a threesome on a power cart, and they charged two people's price ($17 * 2 = $34) even though I rode by myself. I have not seen a single course that does this. I usually don't rent power carts, but I was in a hurry that day for my next plan.
There are other courses around GTA that offer better value than this course. I won't be going back here again unless I REALLY need a golf fix in a hurry.
