  • I was really impressed with this urgent care facility. I went in last week when I could not get into my PCP. The waiting area is huge with plenty of comfortable seating, and it is very clean. I was lucky, and it was not too busy when I went. I had to fill out new patient paperwork which took me some time. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and professional. As soon as I finished my paperwork, I was taken right back. I was treated with respect and compassion throughout the visit. Instructions, orders for an ultrasound, and prescriptions were given to me with a diagnosis prior to leaving the exam room. Plus, my questions were answered. Check out was a breeze. I received a call two days later from Urgent Care Extra asking how I was doing and whether or not I had any questions. When I asked, I was told that I could pick up copies of my records at no extra charge for my follow up appointment with my PCP. I picked up my records today and again received excellent service. I will be back the next time that I am in need of an urgent care facility.
