  • Tom saved me from a horrible situation. I locked the keys of my rental car in my trunk on a Saturday. I called Hertz and they do not keep a spare key. They wanted to tow the car at ny expense and they could get a new key on Monday. Half our luggage was still in the trunk! Super Tom came to my rescue! I had a 2017 Hyundai and Tom didn't have the codes yet, he was on the phone with several different people to figure out what to do. He made a key and it worked! Saved our vacation!
