  • Disappointing experience at this location. Had screen replaced, upgraded to the glass cover at staff's recommendation. Screen cracked the next day without any significant force event. Store will not admit to any possible fault with the installation. Original service was fast and satisfactory. Amazing that a Franchised company like this won't stand behind their work with a warranty or similar for situations like this.
