  • The man at the front desk is doing his best in an impossible situation. I am waiting for my 3rd room due to the nonsmoking room smelling like an old ashtray. Housekeeping is long gone and NO coffeemaker. Seriously?? I walked by and another guest shook his head and was like "I'm sick of this place" I thought he was overreacting. People of Charlotte!!!! Extended stay is capable of doing better. You don't deserve this sub par bull. In Cali our extended stay hotels are fabulous & friendly. But this, this is well, ESA you should be embarrassed. Why are the standards NOT THE SAME across America???
