1 star is saying too much!
Key notes: We were told that they would rather cancel the deal than allow us to talk to the GM and specifically stated that "ONE CUSTOMER ISN"T WORTH IT!"
We attempted to purchase a 2012 Certified Pre-owned Grand Cherokee Overland on Saturday March 21st. After working with Shawn Gilleland for a month via email and personal text - my girlfriend (the buyer) was greeted with her wrong name and then passed off to another salesman. After sitting there for 3 hours no one was getting us information on the loan. She has $10,000 down and no one seems to take her interest seriously. We left the dealership that night and waited till 11:00 AM the next day to call in and check in on the deal. She was told she would be called back in 1 hour by Nathan Schwan. Finally after 2 hours she called him back and he had no information and said he would call her tomorrow. She asked for the GM's name and number and was denied this information. Nathan told her he "would rather cancel the deal" and that "One customer isn't worth it"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We plan on telling the world about our inexcusable experience. I personally believe this is sexism at its finest! There is no way Shawn would have treated a man the way he did and no way that Nathan would have refused a man information and then told a man that "one customer isn't worth it" This is all after explaining to Shawn the horrible experience she had in the past and we were promised that he would make our experience different. He not only did NOTHING but actually aided in making things worse. This is why people HATE dealerships and shady liars called salesmen! Together we have owned 8 Jeeps and plan to own more...but never will we or anyone we know purchase from this dealership. I am an active member in the off-road community and will make sure this dealership is known for who its people truly are. I plan on making it my personal mission to prove exactly why one customer is worth it!
