  • I love REI and every location seems to have the same type of amazing customer service. I've dealt with both locations in town and both times they staff has been super knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, honest. The merch is pricey but the quality and their willingness to stand behind their products makes it a truly unique experience each time. You can tell every time I visit this store at GVR that the employees enjoy what they do and love the outdoors as much as their customers do. Keep it up REI and GVR store. Thanks for being one of the best places to shop!
