  • Had a coupon for free scoop. Took kids here. Oh this franchise manager wont honor thr the free scoop coupon. Would have ordered a couple of cookie sandwhiches too but dont really want to give the place any additional business. Got the kids their icecream. Won't be back here. Franchise owners should not get to pick and choose which national promotions they honor. Makes it feel a bit like a bait and switch.
