  • When I say I WILL NEVER BRING MY CHILD BACK HERE. I usually use Marion Diehl for their aquatic facility and classes for my child on May 1st I signed my child up for a 80$ class that they had cancelled (so why was I able to sign him up) when we arrived that evening for the class my 7yo child ready to swim they informed me he would have to be switched to a Saturday class which was 30$ and they would leave my remaining 50$ on hold as a credit if I wanted to sign him up for anything else. Well when i showed up to his class Saturday I was looked at as if I was crazy and told that my money was sent downtown and I would be mailed a check. Well here it is OVER 3 weeks later no check or call from the pool director. I called 5/18 and Priscilla was not only rude but hung up in my face and said our conversation was over! I just don't understand how they have an employee that can't control herself or handle a situation where a paying customer needs help and is frustrated. I'm not sure who this new staff is but I have never had a problem but I can assure you they will not be STEALING any more of my money!
