  • I was here on my Vegas trip. This store is in The Forum Shops on top floor i guess. All of a sudden my camera hanged and i would have not been able to take pictures and my I phone in a way wouldn't work so thought to visit this store and my cell phone was about to be switched because of no battery.Luckily i was right near the forum shops so went there and Found a nice associate i.e Alex. He was very approachable, wished me , told me i will not be able to get any appointment in 2 hours or somebody cancels then we will look in to your matter. However till then he allowed to charge my phone there for 20 minutes and then he said we can look in your phone so i just waited 20 minutes and then he helped looking in the matter and then problem was my memory was full and had to delete data , that's y he told to delete data.I did and then i told him i don't want to delete pictures. Can you take back up on my mac and he said, sure. And finally all 3 things were taken care. Alex gave very good service from greeting, problem hearing, helping and problem resolving. Very nice experience visiting this location.
