  • Food was great. Pasta prepared perfectly, pizza, meatballs and rice balls excellent. Meatballs could have been warmer but tasted divine. I also liked that they served us 4 rice balls. 2 with meat and 2 without. We were a party of 4. Inside is a little noisy but a lively Italian restaurant feel --not stiff. Maybe some textiles would dilute the noise level. Good thing we had a reservation, it was busy. We were asked if we wanted to sit outside. It was probably 59 degrees. Outside seating was full. Noise level was better. We could hear each other talk. Great lighting and atmosphere. Another customer told me this was her favorite spot to sit. I'd suggest a few heat lamps...was cold. Then the only weird thing is they said they had a call out and couldn't offer dessert...they were closing early. I guess stuff happens...I know they weren't going to make tiramisu fresh, figured just take it from fridge and give it to go. Maybe a little something for inconvenience like free dessert. I was visiting from 4 hours away and this was a special occasion. I would go back. Great penne. Would have liked baked ziti but this was just as good.
