  • First off, the staff at this location are awesome. Super nice folks and very helpful. But the US bank itself, is putting fees on my account and when I contacted them online about it, they just send you to some other department and don't care. Then I tried to log on to their site, and they were asking me security questions that I never answered when I setup the account . Um, how do get past a question that I never gave an answer for. Stupid. Anyways, they have "free-ish" business checking, except for these dumb fees.
