| - ZERO!
This place looks deceiving from the street view but once you get past the reception desk, it's is a whole different experience! As I walked to the room, there was trash everywhere (I will provide pics). Now, let me throughly explain my experience and what I had witnessed during my stay.
Me and my family were placed into room 5107, the A/C unit was not working. The pressure was extremely low and didn't blow out cold air. The room wasn't even comfortable to sit in, there was no ventilation flowing throughout the room. I informed the receptionist about my concern and instead of placing me into another room or apologizing for the inconvenience, I was told the maintenance would go over to fix it but I would have to wait until the end of the night because there was only one employee for 400 rooms. I stepped out for a couple hours in hopes to go back to a cool room, but nothing.
I called back to request another room.
I was placed into 5309 and walked into an ashtray.
I then physically walked to the receptionist and told her I need a nonsmoking room. She implied it was nonsmoking and there were no other rooms available and made excuses why...but the sign outside advertised there were.
Moving forward, I argued with her for 10 minutes about my rights as a customer and I should NOT have to settle for less and should be placed in a comfortable nonsmoking room (considering it cost over $500 for 2 nights!) and with a bad attitude she gave in and said she had a room but in another building. I then go to room #6109...the A/C worked perfectly, there was no cigarette scent but it did come with an unsanitary dirty door and bed bugs!! Not to mention, we had to purchase 2 blow up mattresses because the beds were far beyond uncomfortable to sleep on. The springs were felt on our backs.
Also, there were no housekeeping to replenish the dirty towels but was told we must take the dirty ones to the office to receive new ones.
This experience was just terrible for our family!!
