| - This place knows what they are doing. I've been treating my brows rather well for the last couple of years, however, I've now become scared to trust just anyone with cleaning them up. I found this place on one of BlogTo's lists, and decided to try it out.
It was really easy to make a last minute appointment. The difficulty was locating this place. It's one of those second storey walk ups, where you miss the doorway completely and just walk past. So make sure to look up for the sign!
Once I arrived I was seated and taken care of right away. The aesthetician looked at my brows, discussed what I wanted and what issues I had with my brows and then cleaned them up and filled them in a bit. I've got a patch that I'm trying to make more full, and it's been a slow growing process, so she suggested some products (namely coconut oil) to help promote growth.
I walked out with beautiful brows, and a much lighter wallet. This is why I deduct 1 star. The whole consultation and clean up (which for me was not much at all) cost $35 (plus tax). That's what I pay for an absolutely fantastic Brazilian wax! I know it's the location and the boutique feel that adds to the price, but to that extent? Unless you essentially plucked all of your eyebrows off, I don't know why you would want to spend so much every month or so to fix them.
I had a great experience, but I'm sure I could find a place that makes me feel as great walking out for a fraction of the cost.
