I wish this airline would go out of business. I know it would cause a ripple effect throughout travel, but if these blood-sucking bastards were out of business I'd consider it great news. The final straw was when they lost my gate checked luggage for over 2 hours & then wouldn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Just pointed and said "your bag is over there." Granted this wasn't Pittsburgh staff...just shows how the airline operates. They also have more fees than any other airline out there, and even tried charging $2 for a can of pop on the plane..
