I like to think that my kids love me SO much & are SO attached that it would kill them to separate from me.... until Artsy Nannies. Now my daughter (5) and son (3) waltz into the place and immediately dismiss me. Cute intimate store-front with relatively plastic-free toys for children of all ages.. just my kinda place! The other 2/3 of the store is actually an arts&craft center, and a childcare playspace. They recently started accepting kiddies as little as 6 weeks, and are now able to do diaper changes while your child is in their care. Check out their website for their daily Mommy&Me sessions, free to the general public and currently offered 5 days a week, morning and afternoon session (craft time and open play for the kids). My baby (11months) is going to start joining her siblings here whenever Mommy needs some Me-Time. And did I mention that their infant/toddler area is entirely sectioned off and you must wear shoe-covers to enter? Germo-phobic me says "S-C-O-R-E". Helicopter-parent in me says "Yes, please". Thanks for saving my sanity, Artsy Nannies. When my baby is a tad bit older to enjoy games and crafts, I can't wait to also try their house-call nanny service.
