So, I called the day after my haircut to let them know I had a problem with my cut. They told me a manager would call me back. Five days later I hadn't heard from them, so I called again. A manager called back the next day, and I was able to book a redo for two days later with a more experienced student.
This time everything went fine. My stylist was ready when I arrived and fixed the cut very nicely. Too bad she's done the program in 3 weeks (too bad for me, that is, not for her!)
I ended up with a nice cut in the end despite the glitches in the service.
